Hello. We are sorry this took us a few weeks to respond to, because you did not post with your actual name we had trouble finding out who wrote this. We believe you are Kyle R. If so, our understanding is that it was an estimate for a storm door replacement done on Sept 28th. We do apologize that our salesperson was late to the appointment and he did apologize in person for that as well. We value your time, and we are sorry for that. It is our understanding, per our notes, that you said the door replacement cost was too high after we gave you a rough number in the estimate appointment. We were waiting for an update from you on how you wanted to proceed (either a full replacement or just the trim). According to our notes you never reached back out nor did we follow up. As the person who runs this page, you have left us 2 negative reviews now and not once called the office to discuss your concerns. Free estimates are not free to us as our time is not free at all. To provide free estimates we cannot chase after those who indicate we are not in their budget. We do not like that you felt like you were waiting, but you did not call our offices with your follow up (which are open every weekday and we have an answering service 24 hours). Any small business deserves a call before taking it to Google. It is funny we have had two negative reviews from you, with no real name, and we have never done work for you. We are glad you found a company to do the work and we will not reach out further.
