Called this location initially. Spoke to Briana on 2 occasions. She's VERY nice and helpful on the phone. I recently checked in here. LOVE IT. So affordable and CLEAN. Quiet for a busy hotel. Great location too. Most of these reviews that are bad are wrong and or lying. Not sure why the bad reviews? I've had nothing but a GREAT experience! APRIL 1st-2024...UPDATE- been living here for 2 months. STILL A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND LOCATION. Immaculately clean. Easy to pay and updating of room keys. No one here bothers you. Windows are soundproof too. Close to shopping as well. Near a park and 2 fitness clubs. Doggo friendly! Edgar and Brianna ( employees) are great!

Everything is clean and they make sure they take care of there customers, keep up the great clean respectful work' weekly rates are cheap and very nice rooms

Made my reservation around 5-6 PM. They were accommodating and were able to get me a room without much issue.
Was told ahead of time thst due to the time I'd be arriving that I would have to call the front desk from the entrance since it would be closed.
Arrived at the hotel at around 11.30pm. Had to wait in a small entryway and use the phone on the wall to call a number so a staff member could come and check me in.
Called the number, took a good 10 minutes for someone to pick up. Finally we were let in and checked in.
Was given my room number and key card. Went up to the room only to find it unkempt, with trash, beds undone and even a dirty dish in the sink!!
Used the room phone to call the front desk. Explained the issue and was swiftly changed to a freshly cleaned room.
The gentleman working was apologetic and did just fine by me. Took care of the issue swiftly and without any hassle.
I'd probably give the hotel another opportunity, but I honestly feel that the fee was a little high and would of liked a small percentage refunded due to the issues and the fact that I wasn't fully set inside a room until nearly midnight.
Rooms: Little dirty. Walls had visible stains.
Beds were acceptable.
The blinds had some broken slats but were fairly darkening.
Safety: Felt fairly safe. All outdoor entrances were locked and only accessible with the keycard.

Have been here for awhile now. Pretty soundproof, clean and great location. The staff has been helpful and accommodating. Theyve done some upgrades while weve been here and now the free WiFi is awesome and bright lighting around the entire property.
