Sorry to hear they are closing the location in Buffalo Grove. The staff was so awesome. You will be missed!

This was the first time I had come into Sam Ash Music Store. I was looking for a replacement piece for my son's instrument. When I walked through the door, everyone....I mean, EVERYONE!! was so warm and welcoming! I felt cared about instantly! I asked for the piece I was looking for, and was taken right to what I was looking for! No just pointing in the direction! I was walked over to, and the employee grabbed it and handed it to me! Wish I knew his name..he was really nice, and we had a brief conversation about how amazing the instruments were set up, and how he was the one who put them on display! But everyone from when walked in to the cute girl that checked me out, and the guy who waved goodbye, were just amazing! I would highly recommend! They have a great selection of instruments, as well. I use to play an instrument and now I want to learn to play something new! But if you haven't already, definitely check them out! 5/5
