My 2nd day in a row that I've been here just before they are supposed to close and they have closed at least 10mins early!
Despite the negative reviews provided previously by customers I decided to patronize anyway since its close to my home- I will not any longer once I get my clothes!
Extremely rude and non-welcoming attitude of the front desk lady as previously stated is true, no personality or customer service whatsoever. I'm extremely livid, even after I called to notify them that I would arrive at 5:50pm, mind you I dropped my clothes off on Friday and there was no bulletin or notice of the hours changing the next week (this week) or word from the cashier, they would close even earlier than the new close time (currently 6pm but changed from 7pm). I was never completely satisfied with my service because they have such long wait times and this has taken me over especially since I specifically called to notify this horrible place.
I'd highly recommend going elsewhere at least they have better service and attitude towards customers and maybe they are actually open during the business hours.
