My parents bank here. These female bankers have been so nice to my parents - especially my father - and sadly the gentleman who worked here who my dad adored, recently passed away.
I would give them 5 stars but even thought they have an older clientele - for some reason this bank is the only bank Ive ever experienced in the last couple decades that still fails to upgrade their entry to a power door for the handicapped. If youre old, handicapped etc and you dont have a younger person to help you enter (I go with my parents to open the door for them ) - this is not the bank for you as theyve been told many times and theyve told their corporate office who apparently has decided that this is not important. Too bad as its very fixable and this has driven away more money in customers than the cost to do this expected service for all banks.

Sharda (the manager) refused to go the extra mile to help my 80 year old mother because the account was not opened at this location.

The worst customer service. Anna is the rudest banker I have ever met.
I regret I started an account with them. They give only 4 days to pay a statement and then charge you a fee for late payment. After that, they charge you a new fee from an old fee. And saying then can do nothing on that.
Ridiculous!!!!
DON'T GO HERE!!!

Stopped in to fix a couple problems, Valerie was super helpful and kind. So glad to have a bank I can count on
