Very poor service. I was very disappointed with the behavior of the store manager. I had to bring my white hubby in to the store before we could get the plan we wanted. He is very racially prejudice towards blacks. I had mentioned to him that I had the plan already and he just argued and I walked out and got my hubby. All of sudden, he understood and gave us the plan. Please do better, be better. I am a verified T mobile customer with several plans.

Store has incorrect hours. Staff just started through the window and tapped their wrist. Extremely frustrated that I drove out of my way here because it said it had later hours.

I walked into this T-mobile not knowing if I was going to get a phone today. Isaac and Aaliyah were more then helpful and very nice, they helped me get the phone I wanted effortlessly and in a very tidy manner. I’m very thankful for these people and will definitely be back very soon.

If I were able to give this store, more so the store manger Brad a zero I most certainly would. To say that my brother and I were treated with the worst customer service imaginable would be an understatement. My brother whom has a disablity, purchased a phone on 05/07/2021. He was told that the phone would be free and it was not, that was verified by customer care. Subsequently, he went back to return the phone on two different occasions and was told that he was unable to get his return processed by store employees Corey and Leah they said they needed the store manager code.Today my brother went back to have his phone returned by Brad(the store manager). He called me saying that Brad was being extremely rude and dismissive.Brad told my brother that he was a lier. At which point I asked my brother to put me on speaker and requested from Brad, his district manager contact information. He wrote down the email and name of the district manager and handed to my brother. I took my lunch early and traveled to the store myself and once there I asked Brad why my brother was unable to have these items returned on the previous days he stated he didn’t know nor did he care. He then stated that the problem was my brother. Again accusing him of lying. Brad needs to be retrained or replaced he has the worst customer service and lacks basic levels of compassion, conflict resolution or accountability. I requested that he email his district manager regarding this issue and to issue a complaint against him for his unprofessional disposition. I asked him to cc his regional manager as well. He refused my request and displayed no desire to resolve our issue. He said he wasn’t doing it merely because I asked him to, also that I wasn’t his boss or a customer for that matter. I am an authorized signer on the account and we have 9 lines the we are mostly definitely going to port out to either Verizon or AT&T is receive better service overall. I will never buy anything from this store and would advise everyone else against purchasing or frequenting this business. If the manager is unprofessional unpleasant rude discriminatory what are the other staff like!!!!

I’m so happy that I came into t-mobile today, Isaac and Aaliyah gave me such amazing service I only came in for my phone case. I had no idea people from t-mobile were this nice I’ll definitely be back very soon thanks guys.
