It has been over 7 years and I am still suffering the consequences and will be forever. Doctors at Barnes-Jewish, Duke, and Vanderbilt are amazed that my Interstim wires were not removed when the unit was. I will never be able to have an MRI again because of these wires that were left and I need to, I have M.S.. I liked and respected you, Dr. Chalian. I still wish you well. I just wish you had completed the process.

Don't waste your time. They clearly can't handle the patient load in this office. Arrived on time and waited 50 minutes in the WAITING ROOM. Asked curt front desk person how much longer. Couldn't get a straight answer and she didn't show any empathy. This appointment was a simple follow-up with the nurse practitioner. We walked out.

Dr. Chalian is great doctor and surgeon so he gets a 5. His staff is a 0 had appt. for 2:00 receptionist said 2:30 arrived at 1:45. checked with receptionist said she scheduled 3 for 2:30, so even though my husband just had surgery and we arrrived much earlier than the other two, you got it, he was put 3rd. He was so uncomfortable, I asked for the pathology report and left. We still had a 50 minute drive back home. I would think such a wonderful doctor would make sure he had a staff that shared the same proffessionalism.
