Misled about rust-proofing and ripped off in the end. I wasted around $600.00 to have my new truck rust proofed last winter. The ziebart clerk explained their warranty, but I had to ask him to make sure I didn't have to bring it back for follow up services. That part was very important to me. I made notes on the new truck folder about it. Questions I asked and their answers. I was guaranteed that I did not have to return and pay any more in the future. So, I had the service done. A year later, now, I get a notice to renew my rust-proofing. I called to check, hoping there was a mistake. The clerk said they always explain the required $55/year follow-up to everyone. But I wasn't told. I remember having to ask, and was told no follow ups were required. The current clerk on the phone told me it wasn't his fault. Great. My issue is not that I was not told. It's that I asked and was lied to, and I told the clerk so over the phone just recently. The clerk said I was angry with the wrong person and finished by telling me I didn't have to bring it back in, unless I wanted to keep the warranty I paid for. Real handy way to rip people off. This place is a scam. At least one of the employees isn't too bright, and they appear to let him make the appointments and explain the procedure. Be nice if they could teach him the rest of his job.

I called in April to schedule an appointment. Needless to say, when the service agent said that the 1st available appointment was August 2nd, I took pause. Today is August 2, 2021 and I just received the absolute BEST complete detailing service that I've EVER had. My 2012 Civic looks BRAND NEW inside and out! Don't think twice about this decision. Could choose a less expensive competitor; sure. However, you will not have the 'Zeibart experience.' 10/10

Really great service I have had here overall. They are fantastic to work with! They take great care of customers and have a really clean shop also.
