I went to Best Buy on Saturday April 6th to purchase a television. I went there because I always had good experience with the knowledge of the staff. I was very specific about what I needed. I told the salesman that I ports to hook up my vcr/dvd combo. He assured it had them. I said I need the antenna hookup, because I don't even have wifi. He said your good to go. I had to go to Downers Grove because they did not have it in stock. I went to hook it up on Sunday. No terminals for my video machine, I needed wifi to operate the tv, and the quick set up guide stated, consult the owners manual for more detailed instructions. There was no owners manual included. That is not Best Buys fault. I now have to drive back to Best Buy and return this useless television. All because of false information just to make a sale.
