I've a gas generator brand new only run once but 10 yrs old with old gas in it. I was having a very difficult time trying to find a repair service . It would run but cut off. I didn't wanna trash it. For only 75 bucks this business cleaned it up & got it running like new . The people are very friendly & answer any questions. I highly recommend to everyone. Thanx

Steve is a great mechanic and has serviced my push mower the past two times and my edger once. The prices he charges are more than fair and he has the equipment ready to go in practically no time. Good, dependable mechanics are as scarce as hensteeth and we're very lucky to have Steve in the Belleville area.

I was very pleased with the overall experience. The owners were pleasant to speak with, the mower was picked up at the appointed time, the repair was done within a matter of hours, the cost was very affordable.

I set up an appointment last week for 10:00 lawn mower repair pickup this week. I told Bev I would be out of town, so I shared my phone number + my wife's number to be safe. We live in O'Fallon and they're in South Belleville. They arrived at our house earlier than 10:00, called only my number while I wasn't available, and didn't knock on our door (doorbell is broken which isn't their fault, but they didn't knock). I called back 12 minutes after missing my call, and Bev answered. She said they were already back home because her husband drives fast "when he's ticked".
For one, this timeline doesnt even line up for South Belleville to O'Fallon. Not only did they not arrive at the right time or follow the requests we gave them to make things easier, they gave me an attitude when I called back 10 minutes after they called me. I would avoid this company as they are unprofessional, and they don't communicate well. Their work might be great per other reviews, but they won't get a chance at our business now

We arrived at 9:50. Rang bell and stood on front porch and called your number as you never did give us your wife’s number just her name “Laura”.. We drove away at 10 as there was no reply from the home or our phone call. We are located in west Belleville not South. When you called we were in Swansea on 159 and Frank Scott Parkway. We were picking up at our next location by 10:30. This person left the mower in driveway as they were not home. When you called you stated your wife would be home in 10 minutes. So what would have knocking on your door done. The bottom line is this. I provide a service that you need not me. I’m prior military so I’m always early for any appointments. You knew we were coming you should have been pro active by having a neighbor help you out since you were out of town. Sorry you think we’re not professional but time is money and I can’t wait for someone who only seems to care about their time.
