I had to rent a car and I forgot to reserve and they were not in the way to find me the exact car that I needed and got it to me when I needed it and both men were so gracious and so wonderful and I can't recommend this particular location enough!

I had a horrible experience at this location. The manager( Chris Gutierrez ) was very rude and disrespectful. I got there and waited over two hours for a car that I had already reserved. When the car arrived it was filthy and it had parts hanging from underneath it. (Red Flag) I was already returning one of their vehicles, because it was shaking very badly and the brakes were ground grinding very loudly. When they gave it to me, they told me I will only have to have it for one day and they would trade me out of it the next day . I ended up having the car for eight days before they had a new one for me to trade it in for. (mind you I was traveling with my kids in this car .) And to add insult to injury when I pointed all of this out to them About the new car being damaged he then told me if I didnt like it they would just cancel my reservation and I could leave He refused to give me another car or fix that one . What type of service is that??? Dont waste your time or money there Thanks for No Help at all so called manager Chris Gutierrez I hope corporate reads this!!! If it was a way to give negative stars, I would gladly.
