I have just started working here at NIA and am happy to see a ton of effort being put into changing up the place. There are amazing people on staff and in management, they are handling the kids’ moments of crisis with therapy-based techniques and the residents have already won over my heart. It is definitely a job where you go home at the end of the day feeling like you’ve given back and made a difference. I truly believe if we can get more incredible staff working here that we can make this place reach its potential.

I don't blame kids for wanting to elope from this place. A number of the staff are toxic from my experience, and the environment is not conducive to growth and thriving for children. Based on my experience 2018-2019.

This facility is real negligent, not very forthcoming with information that should be shared with parents. Unprofessional, Unexplained marks on your child multiple investigations I would definitely do your research before allowing your child to be addmitted into this facility.
