I purchased my personal trainer liability insurance from this agency. They are so helpful. I teach a Tai Chi class at a local facility, but have to deal with a corporate office who doesn't actually know me. Agent Alicia Giglione and asst Amy helped me get the coverage I needed so that I am in compliance with the corporate regulations. And they contacted the corporate office for me to make sure everything is squared away. I get a good rate, great coverage and personal service. I highly recommend The Country Financial office run by Alicia and Amy and located at 200 W Galena Ave in Aurora, IL. My experience with this insurance agency is actually enjoyable, and you don't hear that everyday!
