Me and my wife applied for an apt. Along with our adult children. They charged each of us 75$. So 300$ they then said me an my wife qualified. But the kids didnt. And that it was a Chicago law. Lol. That all have to qualify. I checked with real estate attorney. That is not the law. We all must be on lease. But only one or two must qualify and meet income and credit score. I said ok no worries. Just give back me and my wifes 150$ since we did qualify. So what Im say ing is if you go there whether you qualify or not. YOUR MONEY IS GONE. Nice little scam even at 20 people a day they make 1500$ even with no intention of giving you apt, we have no proof they even ran credit or background. JUST BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.

It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to be a part of arbor lakes family i love the place there lets talk first about the service it is fast than you can imagine whatever you have any damage in any of the appliances they gets you another one within 24 hours this is if they dont have a stock already everything is clean they care about the residents also i am so thankful for steve who whenever i have any questions he answered and resolved thank you steve for being here always all the people there are polite and respectful i recommend this beautiful place

We walk in to see an apartment. The girl said she cant do us a tour because she had one at 12. It was 11 when we walk in. I dont understand why people are so lazy.
