If I could rate 0 stars and still write a review I would. This firm is Not helpful at all. Cary and his partner Matt are always willing to take your money. No results only lame excuses for why things don't get followed through on and refuses to give an explanation why. Cary will brag about how great he is and laugh while he's basically taking your money with no results. Don't forget about all the articles he has written on law. Don't waste your time. Find a firm that actually knows what they are doing.

He states he's an elder law attorney but he can't help with Medicaid applications or setting up an OBRA trust, which are very common issues with the elderly. This means you'll have to hire ANOTHER attorney to accomplish these things. Very absent minded, many things don't get accomplished and have to be discussed again and again. Mediocre communication skills.
