we have fridge and microwave in deluxe room and the room reserved by you was for the cheapest room so there was no fridge and microwave. We have coffee 24 hours available.

Your company made agreement for a cheaper room with no breakfast included. And you came through that company, so we had assigned the room for which the reservation was made by them.
