Heather Ontiveros is a very great vet that took wonderful care to make sure my rescue kitten Fleecy is not anxious. Fleecy is a diva and has a lot of anxiety. Goldie, my new rescue cat, is more calm. Dr. Ontiveros and her clinic are lovely places of service for your pet. If your pet is acting up, it's probably from your own behavior or how you act around your pets. Well, guess that may just be my perspective sometimes. I am proud to say both my kittens have been spayed with utmost respect and due diligence at this clinic.

Once in the exam room care was as one might expect, no complaints so far and seemed average. Since 1980 we have experienced many vets in 2 counties. Some good, some average, and others never again. This review is for the business owner: the landscaping and grounds is in need of critical care (first impressions). The indoor walls need painting and cleaning! Former Police Officer, attitude is everything and impacts a favorable perception of character, or lack thereof. Vets seem to come and go there. Lived hereby for 28 years. Disappointed in mandatory teeth cleaning deposit of $200. For appt. 35 days away. Never experienced that before, especially since refund offered for amy reason
