Employees were never on time. Work site under house and outside was left a mess. Tore out insulation unnecessarily, which ruined my heating. No pressure test run. Didn't hook up hot and cold to my water heater correctly. Made several splices in hot and cold piping which were not necessary. While attaching pipes to the wall, they punctured my shower wall and didn't fix it. Didn't center toilets. Left a mess through the house. I supplied fittings which were never used. Didn't update my pipes to code. Not happy with this company at all

Well I'll tell ya what...this man named Robert came out today to do a free estimate for my parents. I wanted to do the job myself but they insisted after hearing Robert speak so eloquently about the issue at hand. I personally sat with Robert and he explained everything to me about the issues that my parents were currently dealing with. We spoke the entire time and I learned about his life. Now "Robert" has a wife and two children and he was so professional I was just in awe about what a cool guy he was I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and I'll tell ya this...I want Robert to come address anything that's wrong in the future. He was personable...he was kind...and didn't mind explaining every detail to me as he sat there and fixed my parents plumbing. Not only were they professional but Robert I was so impressed with and I have zero complaints. Thank you Robert for helping my parents with their plumbing but also being so kind and helpful with explaining it all as well. Thank you guys!!!

The man came out same day I called and diagnosed the problem. Told me it was a Culligan system and couldn't touch it. No charge. After he showed me the problem I went to Grovers and got a replacement to fix myself. Again no charge for the time and housecall. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Thanks Steve for the review! We try and not work on big name water softeners due to the inability to obtain parts most of the time. Any time we run into a Culligan or any other large named softener company, we dislike having to refer you away, but we want the best service for you. We don't want to tell you need a new unit when you could have it repaired by the appropriate technician. Thanks for your review again. We hope to see you in the future for a different plumbing issue.
