This is a great storage facility. As other reviewers have said, the lot and units are clean. The process to start and stop service here is easy and straight forward. We've rented up to three units here over the past 3 years and we haven't had a single issue. The customer service is great, they've always gone above and beyond to help us when needed. This facility is close to everything, and very easy to get in and out of. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone needing an extra place to store your stuff.

Staff is friendly, units are clean, used them for 2 years while looking for a house and had no issues, 10/10 would recommend.

Great storage facility near just about everything in Twin Falls. Clean lots, and room for maneuvering trucks/cars and some trailers. Appreciated the customer support from them. Trying to get your unit here first is highly recommended. Thank you
