I'll leave my review since I was a little worried about the bad reviews left here. Matt is a little gruff, so don't expect sunshine and rainbows, but he gave me a great bid, stayed in good contact, came out when he said he would, did the work he promised and did it well, and invoiced for exactly what we agreed on. No complaints at all, and I appreciate him working with us on the preferred pump brand and getting the job done quickly.

We will not have this company out again.
Was charged for 2.5 hours when they were here for under 30". Even with travel that is an overcharge.
One employee swears nonstop and the other smokes nonstop.
When they left, the water was still turned off - they had forgotten to turn it back on.
When we called the office, we were put on hold and they never returned to the call.
They did call back, and advised they would not adjust the bill.

Called Matt on a sunday afternoon as we had no water. After going thru a few things with my husband over the phone he determined it was a fuse. We bought a new fuse put it in pumped up the pressure tank and we had water again. Thanks for all your help and patience. Would highly recommend panhandle pump

Great service, knowledgable and clean work. Found I had more problems than first thought. Jason immediately got the parts, and got my well plumbing system completed in a short time. Matt was generous with his time to talk and educate me on my system. Informed me to be aware of future upgrades that will be needed.. Great outfit, would recommend, and will use again.
