Concerts are great, but the admission process is a joke. Bought season tickets so we could get in earlier than general admission. However they started letting them in before they even finished the early admission let along the season passes

Still waiting for my refund for tickets from canceled concert in 2019 for a Cool and the Gang. I was promised a voucher for 2020, but they then canceled the entire 2020 season. I contacted them and asked fur a refund, I was told no "We have expenses". I have no issues with them deciding to cancel anything provided I am compensated in full,. It's simply honest business practices by honorable people to do so. I paid in full with my hard earned money, they did not provide promised service, ergo refund all my money. Not to do so is simply poor business and blatant dishonesty.

Spoke with organizer of this event to request refund for 3 tickets due to finding out we have a Covid exposure and advised to quarantine. No refund or credit of any kind. Will not purchase tickets for this event ever again.

Festival at Sandpoint is a "not to miss" event. Small outdoor venue (high school baseball field), lake front, limited ticket sales. Bring you blanket and short leg chair and enjoy great music under the stars. The best Sandpoint restaurants and caterers set up booths around the perimeter of the field selling reasonably priced, excellent meals, ice cream, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Or bring your own.
