Dont let management scare you, theyre so kind and loving! Theyre willing to help with anything. I honestly think university view is a place to be at least once in the school year. They even have a shuttle! Price might be a little more than youre used to but again its worth living here at least once.

I loved living here at University View! The management is so nice and very helpful. You can ask them any questions and they will help you right away. They are easy to work with and very understanding. There are also fun lounge rooms and games for all. The apartments are nice and lots of storage! It also has a great ward! Overall such a great apartment complex, would totally recommend!

Honestly shouldnt even get one star. Management absolutely sucks. They tried to sell out from us and wouldnt let me out of my contract. I needed to get out of a TOXIC apartment and I had friends saying they had an extra room and I could move in with them so I asked management and they LIED to me and told me some girls in there did not want me in there that whole apartment were my friends. These same friends had the same experience of being lied to from management. So management is awful and will not help you what so ever. Worst place to live in rexburg

Do not live here! Horrible management, false advertisement, owe me money, they tried charging us (roommates and I) $35 each for something we didnt do and in the contract they could only charge us up to $10, etc Also this place is not worth the amount they charge to live there, there is definitely BETTER complexes and for a cheaper price. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Ps. Dont ask me to call, text or email you. First, I wont. Second, I know I will be talking to Abs if I do any of those three and its pointless. Third, pay me back yeah?

Before I delve into my experience, I must mention that this establishment was formerly known as The Ivy and, overall, it garnered a measly 1.5-star rating. Now, let me share my thoughts on this dreadful place.
Expressing frustration about the management's ineffective handling of our living situation is disheartening. Despite repeatedly raising concerns about a disruptive individual residing in our apartment, the management has consistently disregarded resolving the issue. This neglect not only impacts our peace of mind but also compromises the safety and comfort of all residents. Specifically, we've been facing challenges regarding a roommate's continuous overnight visits from their boyfriend, which disrupts the shared living space.
Furthermore, the disrespectful behavior of some residents is exacerbated by the indifferent attitude of management. Their failure to address such issues promptly and decisively reflects poorly on their commitment to maintaining a respectful and safe living environment for all tenants.
The apparent lack of safety concern is particularly troubling. Every resident has the right to feel secure in their home, yet management's inaction only serves to perpetuate an atmosphere of uncertainty and unease.
The disregard for their own code of conduct by management is deeply concerning and has left myself and one of my roommates feeling profoundly unsafe in our living environment. It's reached a point where we no longer feel comfortable residing here, prompting our decision to seek housing elsewhere.
One of the most alarming issues has been the persistent malfunctioning of the fire alarms. The repeated false alarms have not only been disruptive but have also created a genuine sense of fear and uncertainty among residents. It's unacceptable that such a crucial aspect of safety is being neglected, with alarms blaring for extended periods without any clarification on whether there's an actual emergency or not.
Moreover, the sheer volume of maintenance issues within the apartments is staggering. Despite submitting over 20 maintenance requests, it took management an inordinate amount of time to address these concerns, leaving us to contend with various issues for weeks on end. This lack of responsiveness not only reflects poorly on their efficiency but also on their commitment to maintaining livable conditions for tenants.
The rudeness and disrespect displayed by management towards myself and others is equally distressing. Every interaction with them seems to exacerbate rather than alleviate our concerns, creating an atmosphere of hostility and distrust.
Moving forward, I sincerely hope that management recognizes the severity of these issues and takes immediate steps to rectify them. They must prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents and demonstrate a greater level of professionalism and respect in their interactions. Failure to do so not only jeopardizes their reputation but also undermines the trust and confidence of those they are meant to serve.
