Find somewhere else to stay if you can absolutely help it. We arrived for our stay and we're told there we would have to sleep on a cot.., and we had a documented and PAID reservation! Poor customer service at the front desk for sure. Run!

The room was absolutely disgusting. We were in a king suite. Every surface was sticky and dirty. The couch was covered in hair and spilled food. Bathroom floor covered in hair, pee around bottom of toilet, tub doesn't drain. The bed was full of hair as well. We had to request new sheets to change ourselves. It looked like they just remade the bed instead of changing the sheets. The floor hasn't been vacuumed since who knows when. Dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was sub par. Packaged boiled eggs were rancid. Scrambled eggs were sitting in a vat of some kind of liquid. The only redeeming quality about this place was the front desk worker when we checked in. He was really kind and helpful. He would have moved us rooms but they were sold out. Honestly,
I'm not sure it would have helped. Said he would tell the manager about the state of our room to see about some kind of compensation. We'll see if they do anything about it.

Our room had very obvious dust on the dressers and side table. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom all the way around the room and down the tile. There was a half eaten cough drop on the floor by the couch. The mirror was streaked. Overall the room appeared dirty and needed a deep clean done. When we called the front desk right after check in she had no solution and said to get housekeeping to clean tomorrow. The next morning the front desk gal got us a manager (I believe Jane? She was a sales manager) she said she would send up housekeeping but that was it no other compensation or anything was offered. The mold was cleaned but overall room still was not what we expect for cleanliness with Best Western and it didn't seem like staff really cared. When we did return to room after they "cleaned" there was a light bulb sitting on the bathroom counter and an empty cup that we had not put there. They hadn't even removed the dirty washcloth off the counter either.
