From the first moment I walked in the door I had such a positive experience. Jen at the front desk helped me figure out my insurance benefits and kept me updated through my whole routine cleaning.
Collette was the dental assistant who helped me. She was so friendly and kind. She listened to me, answered all my questions and passed all the information onto the Dr.
Dr. Hacking was efficient and kind. He got to know me and explained everything so well.
Definitely will come back and also will refer Comfort Care to my friends and family!

Terrible terrible experience!
I went there back in 2022 for a routine cleaning and they didnt even clean my teeth!!
It was my first time at a dental office outside of the one Id gone to for years so I just assumed it was their normal routine. After learning they cleaned my husbands normally, I realized they just forgot mine
They also charged me 100% for a filling instead of billing my insurance which covers 90%. The same filling that fell out a year later. Will not be going back. I had to fly home to Virginia to my normal dentist because I do not trust dental care in Idaho any longer.

Edit: Im super impressed. Comfort Care Dental contacted me the next business day after posting this review. They asked me if I wanted scheduled with a different hygienist present. Talk about on it, but I just need to be in a different office, a smaller office with fewer chairs until I find one that gets my teeth 100% every time, like my childhood dentist in Canada. Its not easy to move away from your childhood dentist. I want a good cleaning every time, not have to luck out by getting scheduled on a good one. End edit
Unfortunately, Ive never gotten a consistent cleaning from the hygienist. My metal retainer fell off the inside of my lower front and she didnt even get all the plaque and cement off. Sometimes she doesnt get all the plaque between my teeth and I have to deal with the floss catching and hope I can somehow scrub it off myself.
Dentists here are great. They take good care of you. I just never need filings
