Nick is the absolute best at what he does hands down. If you need anything done to your teeth at all he is the man to go to. He has fixed multiple problems with my teeth that I didn’t think were possible. He’s truly the best!

Dr. McNamara is the only dentist I have seen consistently as an adult and it’s well worth it to drive from Spokane to Rathdrum each time. The staff is thorough, welcoming and genuinely care about their patients. You’ll never be pushed to do anything unnecessary and it’s truly about looking after people and their needs and not the money. So grateful to have been referred to McNamara!

My first time here and I didnt feel like a stranger! I’m fairly new to the city and my first dentist appointment with another office experience was horrible. I already love this place. They educate you very well on how to properly clean your teeth and keep them forever. Very friendly and helpful staff and the doctors and techs are trustworthy. Not to mention the office is very clean and hygienic. Everything I’m looking for in a dentistry. I will definitely be going back.

Would not recommend. Unfortunately we had good business with this dentistry before but today I took my son for his scheduled appointment that I had made over the phone & when I arrived they told me there was nothing in the schedule for him. I told them I wrote down the appointment while we were on the phone so I know his appointment was for this day & time & the receptionist lady was extremely rude & condescending to me implying that I had made the appointment up in my head, her name is Stephanie. She refused to help & told me there was no way they would see him today after I made my son miss half a day of school. She told me the soonest they could get me in would be the 17th, granted I had already waited 1 week for this appointment & it’s an appointment to have his tooth pulled because his adult tooth is growing in behind it & needs to come out immediately. Since she refused to fix or correct their mistake, or even at least tell me who would have been the one that scheduled my appointment, they unfortunately have lost our entire families business & I will make sure to pass along through word of mouth & on social media to NOT take your business here.
