Kira did a alright job, but I will not be going back. She needs a serious attitude adjustment.
I asked when they closed and she said whenever I picked up my dogs. I was working for another 30 minutes and told her Id be there as soon as I can and give her a call when I was on my way there.
Again, she never told me a time I had to be there.
Not even 20 minutes later she leaves an unprofessional and unnecessarily rude voicemail because I had not picked them up yet.
There was absolutely no reason for her to react the way she did when she was the one who never set a time.
I hope she doesnt treat all of her new clients this way.

Our dogs love getting their nails clipped here. Anne is so friendly and truly has a passion and cares about what she does !

My dogs have been going to Ann for about 15 years....she is the best and sweetest groomer around and I know my dogs are in good hands. I will surly miss her when we move. It's going to be hard to live up to the standards my dogs have been used to over the years.
