I do not live here and I can honestly say I am happy I don't. I work with someone who lives here. In addition to not fixing a dryer that has been broken for three months and only offering a 50 credit for the inconvenience, she has to deal with the appliance repair business on her own (isn't this the Manager's job)...but this is not the worst of it. They have chosen to take advantage of our local workers by rasing the rent by more than half. Shame shame shame on you!

Great location, reasonably priced plus garages, place is kept nice and clean, management is on top of things and has always gone the extra mile for my family..

The new management and maintenance services excellent, the snow removal is coming along better than the last ten years I have lived here. The friendly service from each employee and new management has blessed me.
