EDIT - After going in and speaking with the supervisor, they were able to pull up some information that can help me dispute my lost return. Thank you!
Dropped off an Amazon return a few weeks ago. The girl scanned my QR code and I left. Amazon never got my return and I am being charged for the item. If I look up the tracking number it says it was never shipped, therefore, I am unable to file a UPS claim. Their customer service line is automated and no help. Now I'm out a couple hundred dollars. Wonderful.

I'm not saying I doubt the 1 star reviews on this post, I have no idea about those. But for me, when I called for assistance, the person I spoke to working there, went out of their way to assist me in getting my problem taken care of. I did feel they surely went the extra mile in getting my issue resolved. They were polite and spoke to me as a person.
