Went to the ER on 3-13. I have proof of payment for the premium on bank statements. Well I get the bill and I owe over 5k. The insurance is stating my coverage lapsed for non payment. Called the support number to find out the payments I made were never put to my account. No delinquency letters or anything. Stay away from this insurer they will take your money and run

Insurance is insurance and if you don't understand what you're getting, that is NOT your insurance carriers fault- do due diligence and research your policy. I gave blue cross five stars for having actual people on the other end you can speak to and get help quickly. I call several insurance companies every day as part of my job duties and Regence Blue Shield of Idaho is the absolute worst and you can't talk to anyone, when you do get someone, they literally direct you to the website, so I greatly appreciate a company who allows you to speak with an agent vs being forced to research yourself on their subpar website information that may or may not be relevant to what you are needing.

NEVER use this DISGUSTING company. Pay out of pocket. Paying through the nose for insurance, yet healthcare places are still billing me through the nose as well. Blue cross claims to be an insurance company but all Im doing is giving them my money for them to do JACK.

Setup auto pay 5 times. Once for 2 accounts when I signed up, once after they did not pull from it for 2 accounts. Once more setup but I thought it had done both accounts and apparently it did not. They canceled my policy. I called 5x for this was told 4 out of the 5x it was setup. To find it had not been. I still cannot log into the account. You guys have horrible customer service!
