If I could leave zero starts I absolutely would. The man who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional, and impatient. While ordering get well flowers for a dear coworker- we selected an image online before ordering and when ordering via phone we requested that the roses be replaced with carnations. We then asked for a picture of the flowers before they were delivered and were told they did not have that capability
Later received a photo from my friend.. I paid over $60 for this arrangement, my request was ignored, I was treated poorly and the end result was absolutely pathetic compared to what was ordered.
So disappointed.

Disappointed. The man who answered the phone was rude, and rushed us through the order process. We asked to swap out carnations for the roses in the online picture, he said he could do that, but when it arrived it still had roses. The colors were wrong and it was smaller than pictured. We should have gone somewhere else.

I purchased flowers for my disabled mother the day before I needed them to be delivered due to shift work hours. The options for bouquet's and arrangements were far more unique than other local delivery services and offered next day delivery without hassle. I unfortunately missed Ryan's call initially, but when I called he offered incredible service and ensured the delivery with kindness and complete professionalism. The bouquet is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The flowers look as though I cut them from a garden, no browning or hint of wilting - the vase is not typical and will easily be found for reuse somewhere to her liking. Thank you Nampa Floral and Ryan for outstanding service! I will certainly be reusing your shop again!

I ordered flowers for a funeral the arrangement looked so bad it was embarrassing I will never order from Nampa floral again

Ordered a large flower arrangement on line (Since I am out of town on business) from Nampa Floral last week to be delivered today. I just got called at 10:15 am on the day of delivery saying they didn't have the flowers to make it. This was my second time having issues with Nampa and it will be my last. I highly encourage you to shop elsewhere.
