Great experience with Zane and the team! Truck died on me and they were willing to take it in right before closing. They performed a thorough inspection and detailed out all the work that was needed along with a timeline on when items should be done to help with the costs.

I was a little apprehensive about having my car towed to Mike's Auto Clinic because the business was new to me. Robert took care to see that I understood the very thorough inspection report which included explanatory videos and pictures of my car. I have used many different repair shops over the many years I have been driving. No one ever has so carefully explained what needed to be done. It may seem a small thing to some, but no one has ever said the car will be done at 5 on Friday, and it was actually done at 5 on Friday. My car was ready when Robert said it would be, and I love zipping around in my little yellow car.

Took my 92 k1500 in because i needed a new clutch, we had talked over the phone before dropping it off and they claimed a "free" diagnostic check, 4 days later, i called asking them if they had finished and they wanted to charge me 3100 for the repairs regarding my clutch, stating my fly wheel and slave cylinder were also bad. Robert the main guy we went through, over the phone and in person when dropping off the truck never mentioned anything about having to pay for the diagnostic. They sent me pictures of what was wrong with the truck(its a 92 i don't expect it to be perfect, i know things are going to be wrong) listing everything possible for us to spend more money. I went in to get my keys and he was very unprofessional and rude about it. Then when i asked for my keys to take the truck home again, he had said i needed to pay 400 to get my keys back because they had taken parts off during the diagnostic when we didn't want him to in the first place.
Long story short we went in for a quote and diagnostic, didn't want anything to be taken off, and ended up having to pay 400 dollars to get my keys to the truck to drive it home. wouldn't recommend, i had also called other trans/clutch shops around and they had charged me 1000-1500 for the job, DONT GO HERE FOR ANTHING, they will upsell you and try and talk to you like you don't know anything. Robert also likes to talk over you especially over the phone, i dont know if its a pride thing or an ego thing (especially with women)
I also on my way home went to get parts for the truck at a parts store, i had told them about it they laughed and had said that it was the worst shop to go to around town.
