Hit our sewer line when excavating a trench for a new water main. When the damage was found 3 months later (due to sewer blockage). They refused to pay for the emergency repairs that we had to have done due to a sewer back up.
They did take a look at another pipe that they thought they might have hit (hence 2-stars and not one), but that didnt fully make up for us paying out of pocket to repair their mistake. Didn't even get a verbal apology.
