These guys are awesome! They were there within 90 minutes of my initial call on a Friday. Zach discovered quickly that squirrels had gotten into our attic and figured out their access point. He then set up traps to capture the pesky intruders and over the next three days we caught four squirrels. Zach came every day to check the traps and remove the squirrels which he released elsewhere. By Monday all the squirrels in the attic had been captured, so he fashioned a permanent repair to their entry point. We are very pleased with the service from High Desert and found their fees to be reasonable and fair. Hopefully we dont need their services again, but if so we will not hesitate to call. Definitely a five star company!

We had multiple issues with a skunk burrowing under the house as well as a bird in our bathroom vent. They answered the phone 1st call and had a tech here the next day. They set our traps (caught skunk next day) as well as removed the bird and repaired the vent. Price was also fair with the materials and knowledge that were used. I will definitely use them again.

On March 7, 2022, Dale & Everett from High Desert repaired at attic vent about 25' from ground level that had been severely damaged by woodpeckers (we think) that had entered our attic. Dale & Everett were competent, friendly, & very cooperative--removed an unsightly internet dish next to the vent, which was an afterthought, not part of our original agreement. I greatly appreciated this because I've wondered how to get that down. Their work looks great & I'm confident it will prevent any birds from getting into our attic.
Last year, 2021, our first summer living in McCall, High Desert did an effective job eliminating gophers & voles, which were causing considerable damage in our yard. We will use High Desert for any pest-related work in the future.

Too expensive. They tried to add all of these extras that I didnt need. The lady that answered the Lady that answered the phone was not nice at all. I told her I didnt need all these extra services, that I just needed a nest removed. And she kept insisting that I needed these extra services. She did not tell me prices until I kept pushing, and then she said it was $50 just to come out and then more cost for removal and these random services they want to add on. I said no thank you I will find somebody to do it for free because I know there are people That help. She said well good luck with that.
