Dino was incredibly nice and extremely helpful! He got us all set up with new phones and accessories. He was very knowledgeable about the phones, helped us with a new plan.

I had an amazing experience at this AT&T store and that isn't my normal experience. NICOLE was incredible. She was super friendly and was super helpful with me trying to get to the bottom of a mystery issue with my phone. We sat on hold waiting for tech support to answer for 45 minutes and she was funny, kind, and a great conversationalist. I am still not sure the issue is resolved but I know I will get great service tomorrow if I have to go back in!

BEWARE! AT&T customer service reps are complete FRAUDSTERS!
Bought two brand new phones here.
The initial phone setup was WRONG!
instead of adding the phones to our existing (15 years!) business account. They added a completely separate plan!
NOW THE [ALMOST] WORST PART!
Called AT&T customer service.
The overseas rep fixed the issue by adding an ADDITIONAL line to EACH PHONE! (Yep, 2 numbers coming to each phone)! WITHOUT our permission or consent!!!
NOW FOR THE REALLY SHEISTY PART!
Rep (same overseas rep) sent us a FREE HOTSPOT, for our inconvenience, she said.
Well, inconvenience is RIGHT!!!
We send it to you free, and you can use it with your existing unlimited plan.
Of course this is an ABSOLUTE LIE!
The supposedly free hotspot is showing up on our bill for $100 a month!!!!
THREE HOURS on the phone now AND AT&T REFUSES TO REMOVE THE FRAUDULENT LINES, OR SHUT OFF THE HOTSPOT!!!
As business owners, we have been absolutely loyal to AT&T for 15 years! And now it has turned into an absolute nightmare!!!
