Genuinely impossible to get ahold of. Wasted an application fee and hours trying to apply for an apartment and never heard back.
EDIT: They did actually refund the application fee, but they reached out to my co-applicant via the wrong phone number, then never emailed or called me about it. Communication was non-existent throughout the process.

I put down a deposit. The previous people that were renting the house before I did. The previous tenet did some damage to the house with their dogs. Keep in mind the previous tenets. Were the owners son and daughter? They had dogs that pissed and damaged the carpets, and the rest of house.
But I got charged for it. So my hard-earned money was taken because of the damage. The owner's family did to the house. Somebody tell me how that is supposed to make sense.
My dog never did any damage to the house. I rented one room out of the house. The damage was done to carpets in the other parts of the house.
If I could reply to your comment without heaven to edit mine I would. But I was in the house for a month by myself. The son was out of their at the end of October. I was out of there, the end of November. That is one month not two I did clean that house up. I had it professionally cleaned. I didn't leave a mess in the house. The only thing that was messy was the leaves from the trees in the yard.
I'm telling everybody what kind of property management company you guys are running.
