      image Unfortunately my establishment, will never be using Tates equipment from this point on. Called in to get some answers and was hung up on for not holding. I was provided Poor customer service, and the lady I spoke with was rude. The rented item was not picked up in a timely fashion causing stress on the home owner. This item sat for several days causing concern for the GC. The equipment had trouble from the time it showed up on site. Over all experience was very sad and disappointing.

      image I rented a gradeall from here and I was charged a $330.00 delivery fee after they called and said its only 2 miles down the road can I give the guy a ride back to his truck after he dropped it off. I asked them why would they charge me that and they said it would be adjusted and it wasnt I got charged full delivery fee. For being 2 miles down the road and Im sure they charged other guy delivery fee also. Very disappointed

      Eric, I am sorry that there was some confusion regarding the delivery fee. We did in fact discount your delivery fee to only $200 round trip, given the circumstances even though we still made two trips to Donnelly with two drivers for your rental. If you would like the final copy of your receipt, I would be happy to email it to you if you can supply us with a good email for us to send it to? Also, we tried calling you this morning to clear this up, but your voicemail box is full. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, I would be happy to talk to you about it.       image We had a non life threatening breakdown last week and called Tates after hours. G had just gotten home but came back into town so we could rent a generator to stay warm for the night. Excellent customer service. Thank you for your kindness.
