This company has double standards. I went for an interview on the second of December after being notified by their corporate office while I was in Mexico and they waited a little over a week. One thing I stressed was communication and how important it is and all three agreed. I left the interview feeling very confident except for one thing, they had no idea what the position would pay. I was told that within a few days they would have HR get ahold of me and let me know. That never happened. I called HR and left a message, nothing. The next day I called again, and again, nothing. So I called and spoke with who would be my supervisor at the Kimberly location who said the lady in HR was on vacation but less than a half hour later I received an email from her letting me know I didn’t get the position. I thought she was on vacation!? I was interviewed for a different position than I applied for which was fine but am still dumbfounded that they had no idea what this position paid. This company lacks communication. I don’t like big corporate companies that feel they have all the cards and everyone is wanting to work for them. The fact they didn’t know what the position paid and and the fact they were irritated with me trying to obtain that knowledge let me know I didn’t want to work for this company. Proceed with caution!
