      image If I could give 0 stars I would.
      For the 10+ years I had Farmers Insurance thru Redgy Christensen he never contacted me. If I had questions I would call his office and his assistants would call me back. The assistants did a great job but I never spoke to the Agent. Turns out I was significantly under-insured. When I called to specifically request Redgy review my policies he did agree to a phone call but he did not review any policies prior to the call. He offered to sell me additional policies (life ins) and said he would review my coverage and call me back. He never called back and so I cancelled all my Farmers coverage. He was the worst agent ever - one conversation over 10 years.
