The most atrocious counseling center in Idaho Falls. I've been going here for awhile and it seemed to help at first but then all they focus on is getting you off the schedule. Had an issue with rides and they kicked me off after THEY couldn't figure out why my rides weren't showing up. Everyone is always on vacation when needed. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

We make every effort to assist our patients with transportation provided by the State of Idaho for individuals that have difficulty or no transportation. First and foremost, we regret any miscommunication or lack of clarity. Our intention is always to provide reliable an accessible counseling services to our patients, and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by our shortcomings. We do, however, have an important policy in place regarding no-shows or missed appointments. Our schedule is designed to accommodate as many patients as possible, with limited time slots available. When patients consistently miss their scheduled sessions without prior notice, it prevents other individuals from receiving the care they need. To ensure fairness and availability to all, we are left with no choice but to remove clients from our schedules after repeated no-shows. That being said, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, causing you to miss your appointments. We encourage you to reach out to our office so we can reevaluate your situation and aim to find a suitable resolution. We genuinely value your business and the opportunity to be of assistance to you. Please know that we are open to discussing alternative solutions, such as rescheduling, telehealth, or exploring other avenues for counseling support, depending on you specific needs and availability.
