      image If I could give a negative 0 star I would. Absolutely horrible company. Their commercial on TV, "ServPro, like it never even happened". What a JOKE. Called them for a flooded rental. Their crew came and gutted the master bedroom and bathroom and laundry area. They left the access door open outside which allowed all the neighborhood stray cats under our house and ultimately into our house through the open floor joists. They have peed and sprayed and that and the mold smell are awful. It's been 8 weeks and after having to reach out to them weekly for updates that aren't ever truthful, we have given up. Brian is an absolute unprofessional uncaring name calling imbeciles. He does not care at all about his customers. He has a excuse for everything. His most recent one was "Lady, we have 100s of homes that we are working on due to the cold snap and pipes breaking and flooding, you are not a priority ". On top of that his "man" Rigo gave our insurance company a bid for $40k+ for repairs AFTER our insurance already paid out $13k to them for gutting our house. $40k for two rooms!!! We didn't even pay that for the house and complete remodel two years ago!! Absolutely insane crooks who care nothing about you and everything about the money. I happen to own a VERY busy salon here in town and see up to 15 people a day, local people who live here in our community.. guess what they are going to hear about, all of them, everyday for the next year!
