I had a high end Nugen filtration system that was installed 11 years ago. It was approaching the end of it's life. Bruno provided excellent detailed information on a replacement system based on the water analysis. He was honest with both the analysis and the pricing of the new unit. His craftsmanship for install (I am a retired cabinet contractor) was excellent. If I were still in the business, I would probably try to hire him for a sub to my jobs. Thanks for the great work.

They came out to fix a leak in water softener they installed. Ended up leaking worse. I have called three times and have been told a tech will call me back. 4 weeks now and nothing. This is the poorest service I have ever had. Not impressed.
