I had a great experience! Had Jeff come and pump my septic tank, he was helpful, kind and most important knowledgeable. He had some advice about adding enzymes to the system which he offered but I felt no pressure to purchase them right then and there. I will be definitely be using them again!

Trevor Harlow's professionalism from years of experience was evident as he worked on our tank. We've been at our residence for 4-5 years now and I was looking around and found all the great reviews from other customers and thought "WOW, why look anywhere else really?"
I called a few other places first, and having not had any experience talking to septic pumping businesses, I found a few that were a little less people friendly.
I was impressed with ESP's professionalism and knowledge as well as walking me through what Ineeded to do to find and dig up my tank lid to save money. Whereas the other business told me what the fee was for finding and digging up the lid.
I appreciated being talked to like a home owner with 'some' skills and therefore the process seemed completely doable. Thanks to the ESP phone staff, that first phone call that I made completely made up my mind. I didn't get the operator's name but he was as helpful as Trevor Harlow was.
I will definitely be calling ESP in the future for my septic or plumbing needs.
