this is the most disgusting place ive ever stood at. my room had droppings under the pillows on both beds. after i complained & got another room, it looks like a crime scene in the shower. i dont know how you could look at disgusting conditions like this & still attempt to dress it up with a soap & towel as clean
appalling, i will be requesting a refund.
edit- the owner is asking what is exactly is wrong & telling me that i still chose to stay so no refund will be issued- whats wrong is that my sister & i both ended up with bed bug bites, the bed had literal droppings, the pillows were stained, & the shower was dirty & unusable. we chose to stay there? it was already past 3 when we were given a second room. a room that the attendant was acting like he barely had. shame on you for not only your deplorable conditions, but also for this disgusting customer service. i am expecting a refund or i will be calling the city to report you for health violations.

this place is literally ridden with bed bugs. i stayed in room 120 at first and checked in late night on 3/26/24 at about midnight. when me and my sister were about to lay down to get to bed after our long flight, we discovered mouse droppings in the pillows of not one, but both beds. we then got sent to another room, room 125. we decided not to sleep under the covers of the bed because of the general cleanliness of the facility that we had observed. after we woke up and left, we discovered multiple bites on us from this stay. bed bug bites can take a couple of days to show up, so im certain it was from staying in this filthy room. my sister has also made complaints and a review, to which we have been hung up on and told by the owner that we chose to stay all night. very unprofessional behavior and no customer service skills. pictures of the droppings and bites will be attached. 0/10 do not stay here unless you want to be uncomfortable and itchy for your spring break vacation.

$89 for 8 hours of sleep in a room that smelled of mothballs, mildew and Marlboros. At least they didnt try to charge me for 2 nights because I checked in so late. DEFINITELY keep your shoes or socks on, the carpet had multiple stains and was slippery. Checked the bed for bugs no issue there. Shower was hot but thats about it. Towels had stains thankfully brought my own to use. Would book again if I was on hour 17 of my road trip.
