I absolutely love this location! I came in a few days ago to get a replacement card because my dog decided he needed it more than me and the service was swift and professional. I ended up having to come in again today because my dog decided he wanted my temporary card too...and even though I was there for a ridiculous reason they didn't make me feel like a dummy (even though I felt like one). I have never had a bad experience at this branch, I love everyone there!

Always go to this WF because the people are super nice and will take care of you. Graciela is about as good as you get as far as customer service, and another banker there whose name slips my mind. Its refreshing to come across people that actually care about customer relations and excelling at their job.

I so so so appreciate this location- a special shout out to the manager Graciela (sorry if Im butchering the spelling) for taking amazing care of me on two occasions so far. The first time, I was attempting to set myself up for building a savings and credit, and she took time to go over all the options for me, and even help me apply. She was so personable and made me feel comfortable right away. We set up a plan for me to reach my goals, and I walked away feeling amazing about the financial plan. The second time, I was having an issue with funds transfering to my account. I called the location again, hoping for Graciela, and she picked up the phone! She took great care of me and my account, and was in amazing communication as she found a solution. This manager is incredible and knows customer service, Ill absolutely be coming here for assistance on my finances and help with my account.
