Yikes! $22.50 to reduce the hem on a pair of slacks? I'm taking my clothes elsewhere for dry cleaning and alterations. The prices are just starting to get way too high. Service: Alterations

They said my fur coat would be ready in 2,5-3 weeks. I called them after the deadline, it wasn't ready. I kept calling every other day during next 2 weeks. Every time receptionist would promise to call me back with the answer - no one ever did.  When I finally came to pick it up - it had same spots inside, and lots of  cotton balls stuck from some other garments on the outside. No one cleaned it. The receptionist told me that if I don't like how they cleaned it, i could leave it there and they would clean it a second time... I took it with me, asking their coat/leather specialist who did the job, call me back to figure out what was going on... no one called me back. I called the store again, they took another message from me, promising to follow up... no one called... unbelievable

I dropped off my groomsmen attire just days before I was suppose to get on a plane and head to a remote destination, and Bairds saved my a%$. They knocked it out last minute and were extremely professional, but the ultimate review goes to the amazing customer service provided. I forgot to pick up my suit the evening before departure and it was after hours before I remembered. Panic ensued and I thought I was SOL, as our flight departed at 6am the next morning. I was able to reach Brandie, hours after they closed and she went out of her way to meet me at the shop and help me get my clothes. Absolutely amazing customer service. Crisis averted. Brandie and Bairds on Broadway deserves a gold metal.
I highly recommend Bairds on Broadway. Good folks looking out for their community. Service: Dry cleaning
