The home we bought had water damage which was visible from photographs. The baseboards and trim and carpeting had so much pet urine to the sum of 10k worth of repairs. The inspector did not mention any of this so many things downstairs. I do not recommend using this company. Keep your money or find another company. I've been involved in construction for 30 years never seen a report so wrong. Plus black mold in the basement with obvious water and urine damage. They never returned my calls or talked to me.
