VCA Waipahu vet tech staff, Dr Hester and Dr Tokoyama are excellent at calmly and safely handling my large, people averse dogs. I can always trust that theyll get a thorough exam with minimal stress. Thank you!

Do not go to any VCA. I literally was making a life and death decision for our dog and Dr. Sia said over the phone, "Make sure you get the deposit" to her nurse. They dont care about your pet, only want your money. They know your pet is injured, and you are backed in a corner and try to add charge on charge. Their only goal is to make money.

i LOVE vca waipahu, of course they can be pricey, but my dogs are priceless! amazing veterans and staff, clean safe and welcoming environment, and they love both of my dogs like their own. both my dogs love going to the vet because of them, thank you VCA!!

I just returned home from my appointment for my kitty and I just have to say the Staff was absolutely amazing. I, like others, was nervous about giving my baby to them and not being able to go in. But oh my gosh I was beautifully surprised on how outstanding not only I but my kitty as well was treated. Dr.Hester promptly came out and gave me an overview on how the appointment went and even let us listen to her heartbeat! Overall super impressed with this clinic and will be transferring my other cat to them as well in the future! Thank you Waipahu VCA!
