Dan was great! He is knowledgeable and explained all of the details regarding the root of problem. My wiring was “off” and hazardous and he showed my what to look for.
He also fixed my washer which was not feeding the cold water into the washer tub. His experience and know how is excellent!!
I would not hesitate to call him out again! Service: Water fixture repair

I have used Mcgraty for a few appliance repairs he was ok. The last time I used him, I prepaid for a part and labor for an ice maker and he never showed up to fix it. I have called him about it and never received a call back.

The experience we had with Mcgraty was in January 2020. At the time, we paid a $100 service fee for a service call and washing machine part order. We have left numerous phone messages over the past 4 months to find out the part status and have the followup repair. We have received no call backs. This is an appalling operation. I suggest you folks take your business elsewhere. Please call me Mr. Mcgraty and let us resolve this matter.

Daniel with McGraty Professional Services was wonderful! Don’t let the negative reviews sway you. He is very busy, but he does return your calls/text and is very professional. I contacted Samsung when there was a problem with our stove and Daniel accepted the job. I got scared after reading these negative reviews but he instantly calmed me down after he called me back, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair in a timely manner. Thank you, Daniel!
