Wifi doesn't work. Toilet doesn't work. Cleanliness is lacking. Very poorly ran store. Please do better and respect your paying customers by providing the basic services and amenities expected of a store in your line of business.

The absolute worst chai latte Ive ever had. Seems like they added hot water to a chai mix and called it a latte. So nasty. The ambiance of this store is very chaotic. They had two different types of music playing over each other. The barista seemed stressed, but I would be too if I had to listen to two different songs blaring at the same time. Who manages this place?

Drink was good. But disappointed with the cleanliness! Trash bins were all full and overflowing at 930am on a Saturday..not good. Bathroom was dirty and discussing! This store won awards up until 2021 I think..but I know why it was awarded in 2022, 2023, and I'm sure 2024. Need better management to be more aware of what their store looks like to patrons.

(24 February 2024) Great place, however WiFi is not available as advertised (may be a one-off) and the bathroom is currently closed. Great place to get a sandwich and do offline work, but only for short periods of time.
Limited plug ins as well, only 1 by a small circular table, and 1 by a single large table.
Food and coffee is very good.
