Honestly terrible service. They dont pick up the phones and when you stop by in person, they say they will deal with issues but never send anyone. Our door handle on our property literally falls off every time we try to enter or exit and they still havent sent anyone to deal with it several days into our booking. This is only one example of the issues weve run into.
TL;DR Would not book with them again.

Rented a condo through them for our Honeymoon. The day we got in, we were unable to access the condo because the code wasn't working. I could tell the person on the phone thought I didn't know how to type numbers on a keypad because he was not being nice at all while saying "the pound button, number symbol, hashtag" when I'm assuring him it's just not working. They had to send 2 different people over to figure it out and it had to be reset with a machine. Those maintenance guys were nice and apologetic. Then it worked that night and the next morning. The next evening when we got back from the beach it was not working again. It was 4:45 and allegedly their office closes at 5. We called many times with no answer. We left messages, left messages on the emergency line and no response. We checked at the main office and they told us there was nothing they could do because they didn't own the condo and gave us the same "emergency" number that we had already been calling. Finally, my husband had to lift me up onto the patio to get in the back door, all while being accosted by the neighbors for "not being patient." We had to cancel dinner reservations and stay in that night and the next morning because we didn't want to lock ourselves out again, or leave the unit propped open. Never got a call back from the messages we left and had to wait until operating hours the next day. Told the story to the employee and got a halfhearted "ohh sorry about that." Then we had to talk to many people to get a key made and when we asked about compensation the girl said the person who handles that isn't in until Tuesday but she would write her an email explaining the situation. We expected her to contact us but she did not, after contacting her we were told all they could give us was $100, which isn't even the cost of the night that we had to spend sitting on the front stoop, scaling the building and trapped inside the condo. Multiple employees were unhelpful and unfriendly.

As an owner of a condo in Maui I have always used Maui Condo and Home as my on island agency. Recently they have gone to a new reservation system which has appallingly bad user interface. I have mentioned this to them on multiple occasions and get NO satisfaction. I'll be changing agencies if they can't fix what is broken.

We rented a condo in Maui Vista. The unit was clean and well stocked with all your household needs. The property itself was well maintained and very friendly. No loud music or parties, a very relaxing place to stay. It was very helpful to be walking distance from everything. The management company was so helpful for a couple questions and we were well informed about everything. We highly recommend this company if you are renting in Maui!! Fantastic stay.
